The brief from the client was to turn this small, dark Knightsbridge mews property into a light, open and spacious home. The space planning proved a challenge as every square 'mm' added maximum value to the property.
A new basement and second floors were added. The result is a beautiful modern living space comprising of three bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, gym, music room and a first-floor drawing room and study with a garden terrace.

Our team designed a new brand identity and brochure to match the quality of the interior design project.

The marketing brochure matched the quality of the architecture and interior design. Detailed information about Knightsbridge the surrounding area and the local history was included in the content of the brochure. The target market was wealthy foreign investors looking for unique opportunities.
